The project 'Kallaniot (Anemones) before the rain'
Anemones are the national flower of Israel. Every year the anemones bloom after the rain in the Negev The South Red Festival is taking place. The exciting project was created by thousands of volunteers in the midst of the war all over Israel, to commemorate the murdered and martyrs of October 7 and in the War of Iron Swords. The anemones that bloomed before the rain commemorate those dear to us who were harvested in their time, but one day will come and they will bloom again after the rain as a symbol of hope and renewal. Our goal in Cleveland to reach by May 12th, Israeli Memorial Day, with 1400 anemones that will commemorate the deaths of October 7th.
