Jewish Communal Professional Incentive Application

JCPI Application for the 2025-2026 School Year

Qualifying families are eligible for up to a 30% tuition discount through the Jewish Communal Professional Incentive if you are employed at any agency that is affiliated with the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, local synagogues, or other approved Jewish community organizations. Eligibility applies to those who work 20 hours a week or more.

If your child is a returning student to Mandel JDS, this form must be completed by Monday, January 6, 2025.

If you are a new student, completion date is determined by application status.
