Bonnie Kraus, Early Childhood Teacher

Bonnie Kraus has been a teacher at Joseph and Florence Mandel Jewish Day School since 2014. Bonnie’s priority is meeting the individual needs of her students as they adjust to being at school for the first time, and providing a safe, nurturing environment for them to explore, create, learn and play.  She graduated from The Ohio State University, Cum Laude, in 1985 with a Bachelor’s of Science in English Education and from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1988 with a Juris Doctor. Bonnie worked for five years as an attorney and then "retired" to be home with her children, two of whom are Mandel JDS (then Agnon) graduates. Bonnie enjoys spending time with her husband Eddy, children, Rachel, Hannah and Jacob, and her dog Chelsey.
