Rachael Cartee

Rachael Cartee joined Joseph and Florence Mandel Jewish Day School in 2023. She has taught preschool, elementary, and middle school. She was also a Teacher for the Deaf across Southern Ohio. She graduated from The University of Akron in 2020 with her B.S Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She also has certifications in Child Development, Family & Child Education, and Manual Communication (American Sign Language). She also did a Master's program in Deaf Education at The Ohio State University, Shawnee State University, and Bowling Green State University. When not in school, Rachael loves to spend time with her Aussie and her family. She enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants.
