Victoria Berns, Lower School Teacher

This is my first year at the Joseph and Florence Mandel Jewish Day School and I am thrilled to be teaching second grade! I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education (PreK-5), a Master's degree in Reading Education, and a Reading Endorsement (PreK-12) from Ohio University. I have experience teaching in grades K-4, as well as small group reading intervention. In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family and I love to be outdoors, especially by water or on a boat.
