Jamie Schooler, Lower School Teacher
Jamie is excited to begin her seventh year in the education field at Mandel JDS as a second grade teacher. Jamie grew up in Solon, Ohio. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Early and Middle Childhood Studies and a minor in Spanish. Following undergrad, Jamie completed the school-based master’s program at John Carroll University where she earned her Master of Education degree while interning full time at Hawken School. She taught at Hawken for 6 years in grades ranging from pre-k to 3rd grade along with piloting a 2nd/3rd grade multiage program for two years. In her free time, Jamie enjoys hanging out with her family and friends. She also takes adult tap and jazz dance classes, plays in a cornhole league, and loves crafting.
