Yochanan Katz, Librarian and Judaics Tutor

Yochanan Katz started working at Joseph and Florence Mandel Jewish Day School in 2023 as an aide in special education. Yochanan graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management. Before moving to Cleveland with his wife and three children, he spent the last 18 years in Israel, where he studied at a yeshiva, played lacrosse for the Israel National team, and worked as a professional photographer for over 12 years. Yochanan is looking forward to his new roles as a librarian, Judaics tutor, and photography teacher in Think STEM. In his spare time, Yochanan enjoys lacrosse, ice hockey, hiking, snowboarding, and, most of all, spending time with his family.
